១- ការដាក់ពាក្យបណ្តឹងតាមប្រព័ន្ធអនឡាញ គឺជាការកាត់បន្ថយពេលវេលារបស់ដើមបណ្តឹងក្នុងការអញ្ជើញមកផ្ទាល់ ប៉ុន្តែដើមបណ្តឹងត្រូវតែអញ្ជើញមកផ្ទាល់ ប្រសិនបើករណីចាំបាច់។ 

1- This system provides an online complaint submission, which shortens the time travelling to the police station. The complainants may be required to present in person if requested.

២- រាល់ព័ត៌មានឬភស្តុតាងក្នុងពាក្យបណ្តឹងដែលបានផ្តល់គឺពិតប្រាកដ និងត្រឹមត្រូវតាមច្បាប់។ ការផ្តល់ព័ត៌មានឬភស្តុតាងមិនពិតនឹងត្រូវប្រឈមមុខការផាកពិន័យជាសាច់ប្រាក់ ឬ/និងជាប់ពន្ធនាគារ។

2- The information or evidence provided shall be accurate and legitimate. Providing false information or evidence shall be subject to a monetary fine and/or imprisonment.

៣- បន្ទាប់ពីការដាក់ពាក្យបណ្តឹង សមត្ថកិច្ចនឹងធ្វើការទំនាក់ទំនងទៅកាន់ដើមបណ្តឹងឲ្យបានឆាប់តាមដែលអាចធ្វើទៅបាន។

3- Upon receipt of the complaint, the competent authority will contact the complainant as soon as possible.
